I'm 5'-4" and it has been a journey....thus far with medical issues after my Intermediate measurements which took me to the end of the year and months of PT. I recently started over again trying to regain that lost ground. I love a good challenge! It gives me something to shoot for! GW: 130lbs Starting (March 2011) Weight:…

Endo here as well. Suffered with it for 35 years...multiple laparoscopies (6), ablation and finally a partial. I've never been so glad to have that behind me. Add me if you like.

My #1 offender: Delish (I loathe that word...say anything but that) Other offenders....clogged, slacks, booyah, flusterating (I hear professionals use this all the time), main drain and shakeology My daughter however cringes when I mention the word 'vanity' as in 'my make-up is in on the bathroom vanity'. She gets all…

I like to say the 18-inch scar down my right leg (and numerous others on the same leg) was training for the Olympics but rather getting hit by a car (while motorcycling) and having more surgeries than I can count over the past 30 years to patch me up and keep me moving.

I am 2 miles from the Chicago City limits and it would still take me forever to get to this market. With work, commute, kids and extracurriculars and such it isn't worth the trip and I would be happy to pay a bit more out in the burbs at their fruit markets. Clearly produce at amazing prices but doesn't apply to all of us…

I've been a stressful non-eater my entire life. Trying to be more aware and change things up as the weight isn't coming off as it did back in the old days. Stressful non-eating now and I still gain weight...go figure?!?

I bought 12 pkg lot of them before every trying them and I have to say they are the most DISGUSTING thing I have ever eaten! Zero calories or not they are like chewing earthworms! The texture is seriously an issue to be reckoned with...they 'pop' when you bite into them...only imagined to be like eating an earthworm! I'd…

Be strong! You can do this!!! I was in a similar situation several years back. My doc instructed me to lose 20lbs (from my starting weight of 169) before he would consider a knee replacement (1st one at age 37). I'm not sure he expected me to really do it but I could not bear the pain any longer. Something had to give!!! I…

I would love to join! I was a bit discouraged earlier today as I am battling an injury (hoping to be walking by Christmas) so I will need to be extra creative in exercise to lose but I am up for the challenge. Any and all please add me if you are looking for additional support as well. I need to get back on the bandwagon…

I bought a Fitbit last November and absolutely LOVE IT!!! I feel naked not wearing it everyday actually. I've not been disappointed with its capabilities other than the fact that I am not able to convert my steps to crutched steps which translates to a 2x more calorie burn. (Lol!!!) There is no subscription necessary and I…

I was diagnosed with IBS-D way back when I was pregnant with my son (17+ years ago). What I didn't realize was that there is an IBS-D and and IBS-C. Just two days ago I was diagnosed with IBS-C. I'm still coming to grips with it after numerous hospital visits, procedures, testing, biopsies and countless doctors. I was…

The gym is relatively nice as it is a local community center gym facility but some of the clientele is questionable as you can tell. Thankfully, we do have sanitizing wipes throughout of which I so totally made use of after seeing him leave the restroom. He probably thought I was stalking him watching every piece of…
