Thanks for sharing. Sorry about your embarrassing incident, that was one of my biggest fears when I was at my heaviest. You look stunning!

I'm 5'8" as well, hope I get to look as beautiful and healthy as you. Great job!

Amazing, it's like looking at a different person. You probably had to work and push yourself really hard, and it totally paid off!!

Great job so far, and keep it up. I was too surprised when I looked at all I was eating, the high salt content, enriched flours, and buckets of sugar. I admit popeye's chicken is good, so it's not a terrible idea to treat your great success once in a while

Great job, you look like a completely different person. Also, love the haircut.

To this point, that hardest part of weight-loss has been the start. It's slow and can feel isolating, but the numbers will add up if you keep at it. You can do it!

Ok, officially completely jealous :) Congrats on all your hard work.

It's like two different people, and you rock that jumpsuit!

It was really hard for me to break free of fast food and convenience food eating. But it's a necessity, you look fantastic, but your heart might be crying out. Start with some inexpensive seasonal foods, squash varieties are fun to play around with and try, and can take anywhere between 20-60mins in the oven with some nice…

I work in the nutrition department at work, and coconut water has gotten very popular. I don't drink it because I don't like the taste, and I find water more refreshing when I'm working or exercising, and instead get my sugar from fruits. I would recommend it if you're burning calories and sweating, but not for lounging…

Congrats!! This just finally happened to me, first time in a decade. Keep up the awesomeness.

Wow, great work and love the haircut and color. I finally saw the one on my scale a week ago, and it's such a self and esteem and will power booster, you can do it :^)

Awesome job!! I too have been watching documentaries and reading reliable articles on food and nutrition. I didn't realize how little I know about the different kinds of fats, and all the hidden sugars and salts in processed foods. You're right in thinking that your next weight-loss goal might be the hardest, but you can…

Congrats, that is so great to hear. I have a close friend that smoked almost a pack a day, and has three kids. I was so happy when she successfully quit, even though she is always under a lot of stress and overworked. Keep up the great work, and treat yourself to a little something with your savings.

I used to have the same ideas in my head. I would go biking for long stretches, burning well over a 1000 calories, and made it ok to go and treat myself to a burger or Quizno's. Now when I work that hard to get rid of those calories, they're staying off :)

I started back in May, and honestly the hardest part of the whole thing was starting in the first place. But I've stuck to it, and have lost around 30 lbs. altogether, but with plenty more to go. What has helped me the most is counting calories. It takes time, and is a little annoying, but its a great way to see what I…

Congratulations, I have also been eating better since May and have slowly been losing weight. But since I've been using the phone App and on an 1800 calorie diet (usually falling short because of less carbs), most of the weight has come off recently. Again, congrats on your first 10 and I hope the very best.
