hi I'm a 30 yr old with 4 kids and I need to loose around 130 pounds. I'm a little worried because I have done this before and it hadn't been really successful. Please help! Thanks in advance

I started back in May, and honestly the hardest part of the whole thing was starting in the first place. But I've stuck to it, and have lost around 30 lbs. altogether, but with plenty more to go. What has helped me the most is counting calories. It takes time, and is a little annoying, but its a great way to see what I need to work on and how I'm doing. With kids I know it can be hard and stressful, one my closest friends has three kids, two of whom have diabetes, and she is an admitted stress eater. But take it slow if your worried about "relapsing", and I wish you all the luck this time.1
