When you enter your activity level on your profile information all your daily activity cleaning, carrying a baby is included in that. Your cardiovascular that should be entered is things like going for a walk, running on a treadmill. Anything above and beyond your daily routine you should add to your exercise log.

Nope it helps me keep track of what I put in my mouth. I'm a visual person so I like the fact I can see what I ate on paper so to speak.

Hello Anelica, I'm a mom too. I have two kids 14 and 13 with busy schedules. I understand how hard it is to stay focused and prepare nutritious meals especially when time is short and i thrive on convenience. Hang in there it gets easier!

I would stick to the 1390 as best you can. Nutrition is very important you don't want to deprive your body of that. Keep up the good work!

That doesn't seem like very many. I'm 5'5" 150 and I'm only allowed 1200. You might want to up your intake a little bit. How is your energy level? I'm worried if you get to few calories you may slow your metabolism down in the long run because your not getting enough nutrition.
