If you don't already have an HRM, I would go with that!
-
Yes, I eat almost all of my exercise calories most days. I try to.
-
So proud of you! Amazing transformation and I know you've worked hard for this!

I would give MFP a try the way its intended. Eat the calories it tells you to eat. You say you're at a standstill anyway, so you really don't have anything to lose. Give it a month and see what happens. Don't be upset if you see a gain the first week. I eat the calories MFP tells me to, as well as the exercise calories I…

I have one also, and love it. Very easy to use.

My instructor recommended Glagla shoes, but I haven't bought them yet. http://www.coolestshoesincalifornia.com/shop/category.php?id_category=13 I'm sure you can find them on other websites too, that's just where she told me she purchases from.

1200 calories is very low. Remember that if you exercise, you can eat more.
-
I can see it....but I doubt you seriously ate 20 pieces of pizza today?
-
Plus.....I've never seen an anorexic that looked GOOD. Sure they were skinny, but they didn't look good.
-
I buy 0% but I mix in peanut butter with it. YUM!

You're not eating enough I'm sure. Since you don't have much weight to lose, try setting your weight loss goals to half a pound a week, and eat what MFP tells you to. If you exercise, eat those calories too, if you use an HRM and are sure of how many calories you're burning.

My 11 year old was trying to be complimentary and told me that "If that line wasn't there, you'd only have ONE chin now" :-)

Each day that you exercise it will get a little bit easier! When I first tried the elliptical, I only made it 3 minutes (partly because of my knees), I added a minute or a few each time and the last time I did it, I was able to do 20. I do other exercises also, but I feel so much better and more fit than when I first…

Sorry, I can't see your diary so have no idea how many calories you're eating, or if you're even eating your exercise calories. I will say the don't eat after 8 theory is junk. If it fits in your calorie goals, you can eat whenever you want.

I'm about to turn 43. I was struggling before I found this site :-)
-
Wow, that's crazy! She's a year older than I am, and looks older than my 65 year old mother!
-
I had that problem a couple of times with my Polar, and I wear it in the same place that you do. I followed someone else's suggestion and washed it in the washing machine (in a wash bag), and so far haven't had that problem again. I think it probably needs a good cleaning. Good luck!
-
That's not what they want to hear though! I speak from experience in the past..LOL I wanted to hear that they were taking some new magical pill! I'm sure that's what they were hoping for :-)
-
I plan on doing that myself too! I'm not going to keep them because I'm not going back! Good for you Beef, you rock!
-
I heard about those from Hungry Girl, but haven't tried them yet! Can't wait to see how they will be in my plain Greek yogurt.
-
I can't see your diary, so I can't see how many calories you're allowed, or if you have exercise calories that you haven't eaten yet. If you exercise, you can always eat more :-)
-
The only thing I really cut out was soda.
-
Yes, I do eat my exercise calories, and they are oh so tasty!
-
I usually do 3 days of lifting, with 20 minutes of cardio after, on those 3 days. I also do about an hour of cardio, 3 days a week. One rest day.
-
Definitely go with your HRM. I was disappointed too when I first got one and saw how much less I was burning than what MFP told me, but really, its much better to know the truth!
-
Yes, your body needs the fuel, so eat back those exercise calories. Just make sure that you know what you're really burning, MFP tends to overestimate on a lot of things. A HRM with a chest strap will give you the best estimate of what you're really burning. Once I got my HRM, I started eating back all of my exercise…

That looks amazing! Thanks for sharing!

Love it! Thanks for sharing!

I tried the blue cheese dressing. It was okay, not wonderful. Less is definitely more, if you put too much its not going to taste good. I tried the chocolate dip, and it was good with strawberries.

I really like the Pop chips too!
