I eat my last snack of the day (usually ice cream) at midnight, right before I go to bed.
-
You are amazing! Congrats on all of your hard work and success!
-
I'm at a base of 1540 right now, and eat up to a little over 2,000 depending on exercise for the day.
-
You've been way under eating on the other days anyway. I wouldn't worry about it at all.
-
Yummy, sounds good, thanks for sharing!
-
Yes, I eat most of my exercise calories daily. As close to what MFP wants me to eat as possible.
-
Yum! Make sure you try her Turkey, white bean and pumpkin chilli, it is amazing and my whole family loved it, even the kids!
-
Congrats!! Keep up the great work!

My kids really like when I toss boneless chicken breasts or thighs in the crockpot, with your favorite BBQ sauce and a can of pineapple chunks. YUM!
-
I love it mixed in Greek Yogurt, so good! Also in oatmeal!
-
I eat late every single day. Most days, I have ice cream right before I go to bed. I guess I'm a rebel!
-
I tried mixing in a tablespoon of peanut butter, or PB2, like someone on here suggested, with a packet of Splenda. SO GOOD! Tastes like a dessert to me. YUM!

I checked my burn on the last time I did the Leslie Sansone 2 mile DVD and it was 174, so not far off from mine. I have the Polar FT4.
-
I'm sorry, I don't know anything about this one. I got some opinions before I bought mine, and went with the Polar FT4. It's more expensive, but I wanted to make sure it would do the job. So far no complaints! I wanted one that I was able to wear in the pool as well. Good luck!
-
That sounds delicious! I will definitely have to give this a try, thanks for sharing!
-
Yes! I don't just want to lose weight, I want to be strong and healthy also!
-
You don't have much to lose. I'd consider changing it to half a pound a week and eat back your exercise calories.
-
I went today and got a foot-long oven roasted chicken on wheat. I could have easily ate the whole thing, I had just come from the gym and was starving! I had half though and will have the other half for lunch tomorrow. YUM!

When I started off, I never exercised. I hated to even think about it. I started with short walks. I finally took the plunge and joined my local YMCA, and tried water aerobics. I love that! I started using the treadmill and the bike at the gym, that went pretty well. Then I started strength training with the weight…

My calories are at 1580 but with exercise most days I eat around 2000.
-
I totally agree with you! If I had to eat all healthy stuff ALL the time, I would have quit long ago.
-
Peanut butter or nuts are great for when you need more calories and just aren't hungry. If you're still hungry eat, it doesn't matter what time it is!
-
I find it really helps to log what you plan to eat ahead of time, that way you can make changes if you need to.
-
Interested in a good response too!

It can be a pain at times, but really using the measuring utensils is the way to go! When I make homemade recipes, I use the recipe calculator here on the site, and I actually get a measuring cup out and measure the whole recipe to break it down into serving sizes. Again...a pain, but I'm worth it!

I have a 23 year old and an 11 year old, so my oldest daughter was 12 when I had my youngest. Honestly, if I would have waited one more year, and found out how hard having a 13 year old was, I wouldn't have had another..LOL
-
I log my strength training calories according to my HRM, and I eat back my calories burned. I'm losing just fine.

Another thing to consider is getting an extra good workout that day so that you have extra calories to use on your dinner!

Going to give this a try, I bought some quinoa awhile back but haven't tried it yet! Thanks!
