I believe it changes your calorie amount with 10 pounds loss. It gives you a message saying you're lost 10 pounds or whatever, and asks if you want to change your goals.

Just outside of San Antonio! Love Texas!

See if you can find a Zumba Gold class. It's not as fast paced, but you still get a great workout and its lots of fun! They have it at my local YMCA. Good luck!
-
I also have the Polar FT4 and I do use it for my water aerobics class.

I really like the Better N' Peanut Butter also. I really love it mixed in with my plain Greek yogurt with a little Splenda. Tastes like a dessert! My Mom picked up the PB2 for me today, so I'm going to give that a shot too.
-
I do it everyday, hasn't done any harm yet!
-
You crack me UP! LOL
-
I personally, use Splenda. It tastes like sugar to me. I've used it in baking and nobody in my family notices a difference.

Definitely get your water in! Also, keep in mind that if you exercise, you get to eat more! That helps me a lot. After the first week or so, it does get easier to stay within your calories. You can do it!

If I exercise for an hour or more and don't eat soon after I feel SICK! I try to eat something higher in protein, sometimes it might be a protein bar, but usually bacon and eggs!
-
No way! I'm looking forward to it! Christmas only comes once a year. Just like on Thanksgiving, I'm going to enjoy myself and not worry about calories at all. One day won't undo all of my hard work. Enjoy your day!

Sorry, but I don't think anyone can really tell you for sure without seeing your food diary. You may want to open it for a little while if you're looking for help. Good luck!

I honestly hated exercising when I first started. I mean hated it. I could think of ten thousand things I'd rather be doing, and every reason in the world not to exercise. When I first joined this site, I would take short walks...every now and then. I finally broke down and joined my YMCA. I must say, that I wish I had…

Voted. You deserve it! :-)
-
That stinks, I always used that for when I didn't make it to the gym! Thanks for the link though, going to check it out.

Your diary is set to private, but nuts and peanut butter are a good way to boost calories without having to eat a lot.
-
I plan to eat whatever I want and enjoy it. Its just one day.

Honestly, I'm sure it takes as long as any other time that you eat at a good calorie deficit. It's not a magic pill. You still have to do the same things you always have to do to lose weight. It might give you a bit more energy, and reduce your appetite, but that's it. Also, I took the birth control shot for years. Did it…

For me its all about portion control. I still eat what I want, I just measure and log. If you take a look at my diary I don't think it looks like I'm on a "diet" at all, but its working! Good luck, you can do it!

2 pumpkin pies, 2 peanut butter pies, and sweet potato casserole! There will be 38 of us. Fun, fun, fun!
-
That's great! I'm finding some "old" new clothes in my closet too! Feels so good! WTG!

Only ten pounds in 3 weeks? That is awesome!!! I just wanted to say that there really isn't anything that you can't have, if you work it into your day. If you look at my diary, I have ice cream or some other treat every day. Knowing that I will have it at the end of the day seems to prevent me from cravings like that all…

If you exercise, you get more calories! :-)
-
If you have access to a pool water aerobics would be great. Also, you can check into Leslie Sansone's Walk Away The Pounds DVD's.
-
I'm going to eat what I want and enjoy every unhealthy bite of it. Its one day.
-
Sounds amazing, thanks!
-
That is awesome! I'm hoping to do the same with the red sweater I bought for Christmas pictures last year that was just too darn tight! I didn't return it either. You rock!
-
I know what you mean, it can be frustrating! Really though, even though it seems like we put the weight on overnight...we didn't. It does take time and hard work, but we're worth it!

I'm not logging on Thanksgiving. It's one day, its not going to undo everything I've done up til that point :-)
