Measuring cups and spoons, they are NEVER in the cabinet where they should be. Lids. ANY lids. My daughter thinks there's some kind of law against putting the lid back on anything that she takes it off of. Who knows where the lid goes. Random clothing items. A friend had that problem and this worked. So try clicking Tools, then Weight Loss Tickers, then update your weight data, and see if that helps!

Do you have a YMCA in your area? I know that you can join the one here, with the payment based on your income. Also, some of them have water aerobics which is a great way to start off, with a high calorie burn. Good luck!

The Ore-Ida tator totts that I WAS going to eat earlier, were 170 in 12 totts. I looked at the package, and decided I'd rather have something else. Not bad if you can work it in as a treat from time to time!

Yes, if you've entered all of your information, and the amount of weight you want to lose a week, it sets the calorie deficit for you.

I'm no expert, and really just getting started with all of this exercise business, but my wellness coach at the YMCA wants me to do 30-60 minutes of cardio on the days that I'm not doing the weight machines. On the days that I am, I do 10 minutes of cardio to warm up, then do the machines, and 30 minutes of cardio after.

If you have a crockpot you can throw the chicken breasts in there, with a jar of salsa on top. They come out so moist and delicious!
