I've had it for years. My dentist prescribed muscle relaxers for mine, when it gets too bad. Sometimes massaging your jaw will help. Hope it feels better soon!

I tried the blue cheese dressing so far. Its not wonderful, but its not bad. I just use it to dip my raw veggies in from time to time. Don't use a lot, just a little taste is best I think. Let me know how you like the things you ordered please!

Once I forced myself to drink water more often, my body started craving it more..so yes! :)

If I drink 16 ounces of my diet green tea, I log 8 ounces of it as water.

I'm doing water aerobics and I love it! If that is an option for you, you should check it out.

I'm heavier than you are, and my wellness coach at the gym started me on ab exercises right away, so I wouldn't wait. He did want me to wait 5 weeks, and just do cardio ( to get into the routine) before starting on strength training, but I don't see any real reason you should wait.

I've been doing water aerobics 3x a week for the last couple of weeks and I love it! I burn about 500 calories for an hour of it, so its a nice burn! It's more than just regular walking though, you're doing steps and kicks, that's why I lean more towards aerobic.
