We like talapia all kinds of ways! One of our favorites is to season it with McCormick's steak seasoning, put a slice of swiss cheese on top, and then a slice of tomato. Bake it in the oven for about 20 minutes, or until the fish flakes, at 350 degrees. Yummy!

I eat a snack right before I go to bed. It hasn't hindered my weight loss yet, if it ever does I'll think about changing that, but if its not broke, don't fix it!

Sorry, but I don't believe that at all. It's all about portion size. I don't deprive myself of ANYTHING. If I want it, I work it into my day, and have it. Good luck!

We have it on the Wii, it is fun, and will work you! I just add it to my exercise as aerobic dance. Have fun!

It's not fun, but I actually take a measuring cup and measure it all out, then decide how many servings I think it is. If I make a pot of soup, that is 16 cups, I would probably count it as either 8 or 16 servings, depending on how filling it is.

That is so funny! My 23 year old daughter does the SAME thing. We go out to eat, someone will say, "Where's Bethany?" IN THE BATHROOM TAKING PICTURES!! LOL

I soooooooooo know the feeling! My daughter had a slumber party once, and I bought special little ice cream treats for them, along with all of the other junk you have at a slumber party. I come out and they were all eating my Skinny Cows!

It definitely was rude! Regardless of if it fit or not, he could have found a nicer way of perhaps suggesting you try it on. Good for you for showing him! Xraychick--there was really no need for that. It wasn't helpful and was just as rude as he was!

It's never made a difference to me what time I stop eating. I work at home, til midnight, and I usually don't have my last snack of the night until then, and go to bed a few minutes after.

KFC has grilled chicken that is DELICIOUS, tastes like it was just grilled outside. Popeye's has a few different meals that are 300 calories or about there. I had naked chicken tenders there the other night, and they were yum! Can get those with a side of green beans, and a piece of bread, for 300 calories.

If you're not concerned with sodium, the Campbell's Chunky soup's (most of them) are under 300 calories, for a big can. I usually have the Sirloin burger with country vegetables, its very filling.

I work til midnight (at home), so I know that I'll be up until around 1AM or so. I don't eat dinner until 8 or 8:30, because I know if I do, I'll be hungry before midnight. I do leave calories available though, because I like a late snack, or treat before bed.
