I agree with Lorina. I don't want to be congratulated for losing the same pound over and over. If its a true gain, and its still there a few weeks later, I'll record it.

Once I started making myself drink more water, I found that I was thirsty more often, and craved more. It's normal!

Usually if its a veggie or something like that I just search for generic zucchini, there aren't nearly as many things to look through when I do that.

Hi Lauren :) Welcome to MFP. Just something to consider, maybe being on a VLCD is the reason why you gain it back when you go back to eating normally. There really is no need to starve yourself. I'm so glad that I've finally learned that! It took me 40 plus years, don't wait that long!

I'm no help...I totally fell on the treadmill and would have gone flying off if I didn't hold on for dear life til my friend hit the stop button :) It was pretty funny though!

I have lost 100 pounds so far, but I didn't do it in a year. More like 2 :) I've had two surgeries this last year, so that played a big part in slowing me down, plus losing my motivation. Every now and then you need to wash it in the washing machine, like the manual says. I've had that problem before, and once I wash it, its fine.

Do a search for Insanity on Youtube. I've seen several videos on there that are like 40 minutes long so probably a whole session.

I usually eat my last snack of the day, which is usually ice cream, at midnight, right before I go to bed.

I count calories, eat the foods that I love in moderation, and work out 5 days a week. Mostly strength training the last few weeks, but I do Zumba whenever I can.

Do not starve yourself. It's not necessary, and will probably end up hurting you in the long run.

I pretty much eat 2 whole eggs at least 5 days a week and my cholesterol is fine.

I love the Kirkland brand green tea, and their Greek yogurt. I get my hummus and salmon from there, and when I want rotisserie chicken, its the place to go. It's at least 2 bucks cheaper than everywhere else and because they sell so many its always very fresh. Oh, love to get a big bag of shelled pistachios too.

i eat ice cream just about every single night. Not the sugar free stuff either. I eat the good stuff. I don't feel a bit guilty. No reason to.
