I have a Polar FT4, and it does everything I need it to do. Love it!

it helps me a lot when I'm able to plan ahead. Sometimes, I have to make small changes here and there, but for the most part, planning works for me.

AMAZING, you must feel great!! WTG!

There is no reason not to eat after 7. I eat my dinner at 8:30 and usually have ice cream at midnight, right before going to bed. Unless it causes problems for you sleeping wise, eat when you want.

I just kind of look at it like a job now. It's something that I have to do.

I use a heart rate monitor, not MFP estimates, and I do eat my exercise calories. Has worked great so far!

I'm 43! I think I feel better now though than when I was 30! :-) Of course I wouldn't have said that at this time last year.

I usually eat back all of my exercise calories. Before I had an HRM, I just ate some. I eat my exercise calories to fuel my body, so that I can have awesome workouts and to try to keep as much lean muscle mass as possible along the way. I want to lose fat, not muscle. You'll get there! I was exactly the same way starting out. Just keep adding a minute when you can!

Today I had a lean turkey burger patty, with a slice of pepper jack cheese on it and 1/2 cup of cottage cheese. SO good, and 51 grams of protein!
