I have a cup of ice cream just about every single night. Some people might consider that bad. I consider it ohhhh soooo good :)

Eat when you want as long as it fits in your macros. It doesn't matter what time you eat.
-
You are doing awesome, you should be so proud!! Keep it up!!

I took a glance at your diary, cause I'm nosy like that. Other than today, you've been under eating a good bit. Maybe that's why you're having a hard time staying motivated. Don't make it harder than it has to be.

I guess it depends on which meal! For snacks, my top is a lemon! I eat a lemon just about every day. If I don't have one, its because I ran out..lol
-
I eat what I want, and work it into my calories.

Howdy neighbor! You've come to the right place! You'll find all of the tools you need here to get where you want to be!
-
I'm gonna have to try this one, thanks!
-
Sorry, but you don't think it would be even worse if you let yourself get that hungry and still don't eat? I just think if I did that, by the time meal time came, I would have a hard time not stuffing myself.

I do Zumba 3 times a week! I was nervous to try it at first, but am so glad that I did, I'm hooked! To those nervous about trying it, don't be. You will catch on! Nobody is watching you anyway, they are all busy watching the instructor. Just keep moving and have fun! I wear my HRM during Zumba, and most classes I burn…

pistachios!

I eat a cup of ice cream most nights at midnight. It doesn't matter what time you eat.

Good for you! You're are doing and awesome job!

I was at 322 two years ago. I lost about 40 pounds trying WW at home, but then pretty much gave up and gained almost half of it back. Joined MFP last July and am at 228 now :) Best thing I ever did for myself!

Dang, I just went to check this Groupon out and its ended already. Bummer!
-
I'm having 2 chicken fajitas with a side of refried beans tonight, for almost 800 calories. Mmmmmm. Seriously, if you have the calories for it, eat what you want, it won't mess you up as long as you portion control!

My Polar FT4 seems to work fine for everything you're wanting. I've had it since Christmas, and used it in the pool and on the gym equipment. The pool we have is chlorine.
-
Have you tried yoga pants? They're better than the sweats to me! I don't know about your gym, but our gym doesn't allow us to wear denim anything on the equipment.
-
I'm working! 45 more minutes!
-
You can use the Polar FT4 in the pool also. I've used it for water aerobics.

I really like them. My favorite is the fudgey peanut butter chip. If I get the plain chocolate, I like to spread some peanut butter on top. I like that they have a good bit of iron, protein and fiber. I do toast them also.

Definitely get a food scale, its one of the best tools you can have! You can get a digital one from Walmart probably for less than 20 bucks. If your muscles are sore, they could be retaining water, which can show a gain, plus certain times of the month we woman just usually retain water. Hang in there! :-)

691 plus 71 = 762

I do eat back my exercise calories, all of them, most of the time.
-
Have you eaten all of your calories already? If not, eat! It doesn't matter what time you eat.
-
You are doing awesome! Keep it up!

That's gotta be a bummer! I have the glass Weight Watchers scale, its pretty inexpensive and seems to be accurate. I weigh the same on the scale at the gym as I do on this one anyway. Good luck!
-
I'm sure the kids have a lot to do with it, but I would try eating back your exercise calories. I know I feel SO much better, now that I eat mine, and I'm still losing weight just fine.

I have a poodle/Chihuahua mix, named Choodle :-) My daughter thought that one up. I also have a Boston Terrier that had a name when we got her. Ramona Lisa. We thought it was all so cute, after the painting, but I secretly think she was named after Ramona the Pest! :-) We love her though!

My HRM doesn't show that for me, it shows about 200 calories less than an hour of my Zumba class. BUT, I am much hungrier after strength training, and I definitely feel like I did more.
