I love bacon!! I was leery on trying it too. I have to admit though, the Butterball Turkey bacon that is called Thin and Crispy, is really good! I have 4 pieces of it just about every day for 60 calories. I have my whole family eating it now, and they all love it.

I eat around 2000 calories every day. I tried the low calorie when I first started, because I didn't know any better, and I was full enough on that, because my body was used to eating low cal. Once I started reading more, and realized the harm I was doing in the long run, I began to eat more and now I'm hungry all of the…

Mine is always open :-)

I eat a cup of ice cream at midnight every night. It doesn't matter what time you eat.

Honestly, you would really need to use a HRM to get a pretty accurate number for Zumba. The website zumbacalories.com, WAY overestimated it for me. I wear my HRM and burn between 400-600 for an hour, depending on the songs we do.

I was on vacation last week, I just enjoyed myself and didn't worry about it. I came home, and just hopped right back on track the next day.

I thought I had to starve and give up all of the things that I loved! Learning that that's not true has made all of the difference in the world this time! I know I'll make it!

I'm in Converse, basically San Antonio :)

That is soooooooooooo awesome, wtg!

I eat a cup of ice cream at midnight, RIGHT before I go to bed. I don't think that myth is true!

Definitely Frank's!

I have a 24 year old daughter, so I KNOW how bad it can get! My 11 year old daughter is just as sweet as ever still, hoping to hold out as long as I can!

My husband used to work at KFC, he said its not fried, or grilled, but baked in an oven. The sodium is crazy, but I do love their "grilled" chicken.

I don't even monitor my fat. It's not hurting my weight loss.
-
Every day I guess. I don't think of it as a treat though.

I live in Texas and I've never been to a wedding that didn't have one!

I have things on a daily basis that some people might consider "cheating". They fit in my calorie goals though, and I'm also eating plenty of healthy foods.
-
If you're working out, and burning more calories, but keeping the same calorie goal, its possible that you aren't eating enough, so your body is hanging on to what you give it. Your diary is closed, so can't really say.
-
I would say just enjoy yourself, if this isn't something that happens too often. 1 day isn't going to undo all of your hard work. Life happens, we have to enjoy it.

Having friends on here has made all of the difference in the world to me! If I don't feel like exercising, but I see all of these posts from my friends that are out there getting it done, usually its the extra push I need! Feel free to add me if you'd like. You can do this!

That is awesome! I've never been a runner in my life, maybe one day! Good for you!

When I was doing WW, they said that if it didn't' have caffeine you could count it as water.
-
I set my goal for 1660 before exercise, with exercise I normally eat close to 2,000 per day.
-
I used to only eat back part of my exercise calories, before I had a HRM and was more sure of calories burned. I got one for Christmas, so since then I've been eating back all of them most days, or pretty close at least. I'm still consistently losing, and I feel much better, plus I don't feel deprived!
-
Yes, I eat my calories burned. You can take a look at my diary--most days I eat around 2000 calories, including my exercise calories.

San Antonio here! Go Spurs!

I've been having 2 eggs, grits, 4 slices of turkey bacon and a slice of sprouted grain bread with cream cheese and jelly for about 450 calories.
-
I work out in the morning. I do eat more because I use my exercise calories. I'm losing fine.
