I usually have ice cream right before going to bed. Seriously, it doesn't matter what time you eat.

We have one guy that does Zumba with us usually. I don't see anything wrong with it!
-
I work out anyway. I actually feel better when I do.
-
Yes, I do.
-
I have dessert every day.
-
Great attitude! You've come to the right place, that's for sure!
-
I know what you mean! I haven't lost motivation, but I definitely don't get bummed out if I go a week without a loss, like I used to. I don't feel the sense of urgency anymore, however long it takes, it takes! I like it though!

My heaviest was 322, current is 221, and right now my goal is 180. I'm sure that will probably change at some point, but I haven't been under 200 in 25 years so, we'll see!
-
You look great! Your hard work is paying off!
-
Great! You're doing it right. What's the problem?

I'm 43 and have lost 78 pounds so far with MFP and 100 pounds altogether. I'm not trying for super fast weight loss, I'm trying for a lifestyle that I can still enjoy, and maintain. My net calories are at 1600 to lose a pound a week, and I DO eat back my exercise calories most days.
-
It's not a diet for me, and if I want to go to the Chinese Buffet, I will, and I will enjoy it and not feel one bit guilty :-) I can eat the foods that I love, and still lose weight. I don't make it harder on myself than it has to be.
-
You're welcome to add me if you like :) I started out at 322 and lost a bit before MFP. I'm 221 now, so I definitely know where you're at!
-
I can only tell you that I do eat mine back, and its working fine for me. I also wear a HRM so that I have a more accurate calories burned count.
-
San Antonio area here :-)
-
I started on MFP at almost 300 pounds. You are welcome to read my diary. My net is only 1600 now but with exercise I eat around 2000 most days.
-
I try my best to log my day ahead of time! Sometimes I have to make little changes, but it really helps me a lot.
-
No, its not true. Eat when you want, if you have the calories.
-
Yum! Thanks!!!
-
I don't eat crap all of the time, but I do fit in the foods that I love, like ice cream every night, and still lose, yes.
-
My breakfast is usually between 400-500 calories, except on rest days, when its still usually more than 300.
-
I'm set at 1600 right now before exercise to lose 1 pound a week, but with exercise, I'm usually eating above 2,000.
-
If you're sure of the number of calories burned, you can safely eat them back and lose the amount you told MFP that you wanted to lose. That's how this system is set up! :)
-
Are you eating back your exercise calories? 1200 calories isn't enough!
-
Have you ever done Leslie Sansone's DVD's before? I love her Walk Away the Pounds set. Even though you already walk, this does other moves too, like knee lifts, side steps, arm motions, different things to get your heart rate up. Also, if you have access to a pool, swimming or water aerobics is a great workout.
-
I'm sorry that it didn't work for you, and glad you've found what does. I guess I'm really lucky that it does work for me, because there's no way I could have stuck to it this long eating so low.
-
Usually an hour to 2 hours depending on what I'm doing that day.
-
I tried the blueberry flavor. It was good!
-
Make sure you get one with a chest strap! I bought a Polar FT4 from Academy Sporting Goods for about $70. I've been very happy with it.

I think your diary looks fine. Mine is usually around 2000 calories, and its working for me :)
