  • I had never used a hydration belt before and made the boo boo of trying it for a half marathon. Man, the weight of the fluids totally slowed me down.I ended up chucking them at mile 5. Maybe the belt with the little bottles that go all around you waist will give equal distribution and not seem so bad.:drinker:
  • Well, I have been battling the last 10 pounds for months now. BUT THIS IS IT! I haven't weighed in lately-I only do it once a month, but I'm 145 now and want to lose the 10 by Halloween. Gonna be tough, I'm going away lots in September-all free food and drinks which makes it even harder, but I HAVE to do it! I need you…
  • Thanks guys, I soooo appreciate you're kind thoughts and words. Kath
  • I've just started back to work after making my "lifestlye change". Nothing has changed with how people are eating even after 2 yrs-and oh how they've gained weight! I just sit idle, if anyone asks or says something about my meals I bring, I just tell them I don't eat *kitten* anymore. When there is crap on the table in the…

  • WTG! I hate the dang plank! And it shows!:drinker:
  • Well you're views are VERY interesting. I was thinking of buying it, but will now just stick to my diverse Fitness Mags. They hold far more value than info coming from a self riteous, over paid, arrogant know it all. But I still love the show, as phony as it is.
  • Ohhh, very very bad day today-all around. First of all, I had a bad sleep last night. I really need to get a good balance going, but the weights takes me about an hour, then to do cardio...ughhh, who has all that time. I'm going to get into sprinting 2-3 x/weekand maybe 1 more day doing hill…
  • I had a bladder lift. My butt is sore, kinda reminds me when I had my kids.:noway: Thank goodness that's not the case-4 is plenty. I'll just have to walk as much as possible. I'm over 750cals and can't exercise, although the food wasn't that unhealthy. Oh well, I'll have to be careful. Thanks darlin!:drinker:
  • Well the lightest you are in a month as with water levels, etc., is th 7th day after your TOM. Weigh in the am, after you've gone to the biffy, and are buck naked. Take the cake to work and rid yourself the temptation!:drinker:
  • Yum! Maybe at a little bit of low sugar choc sauce too.....
  • K, but still write to us on how you're doing!:drinker:
  • WTG! I wouldn't even be able to resist the dough. My daughter and hubby brought me Subway to the hospital last night for supper. (I refused to go home. Self catheter myself-not!). Anyway, she was so happy she saved me 1/2 a cookie and wouldn't take it back, so I ate it cause I knew she wanted to make me "feel better".…
  • Glad you joined. I didn't plank today.:grumble: I hate it and had other things to do so I did them instead. Worked out for 112 min though. Now I have the surgery tomorrow so I'll be off for a month now:sad:  I'll be back at square one....Keep it up guys, I'll check in on you.:flowerforyou: :drinker:
