  • I really enjoy the Bolthouse Farms Yogurt Dressings. The ranch, salsa ranch & Cilantro Avocado are my Favorites. In reading this thread, I am curious if anyone has ever used fat free greek or regular yogurt and a packet of the lite ranch. In theory it sounds good.
  • I notice a significant difference when I cut my daily carb allowance in half, cut my daily sodium in half, stay away from dairy, and drink lots of water (100 ounces). Working out every day is also a key ingredient for me. You will be surprised at how much sodium you are eating in process foods.
