Newbie here too. I have Diabetes 1 (the kind you have to take insulin for) so I have to keep my weight down and I am determined to do so. I power walk every morning for 3 miles a day and I am learning to watch my calories and carb ratio although I still have not a clue how to do that but I am keeping my blood sugar down…

Power walking works great for me and if you have a bike that is always good.:smile:
