I have made taco cupcakes with won ton wrappers. They are delicious and easy to divide up amongst people. Great for partys or get together's too!

After finally going under 250 lbs my treat was a Heart Rate Monitor and a new pair of Nikes. I was and still am pretty stocked about it. don't worry!! It will be okay. You haven't gone over your calorie goal and you can't cut things like this out of your life forever its just taking it from a habitual thing to making it be something that is only sometimes. They did stop charging you after though? Did you have to pay a cancellation fee? I don't seem to think that it is right that I will be charged a cancellation fee if I am not on a contract but rather month to month.

thanks I will check it out... The one other part I left out is they charge you to cancel too! Anything and everything to get money out of you... with no guarantee that you are out. Thank you for looking that up!

Yes mine weighs less than me and has a fast metabolism. He eats very unhealthy and doesn't gain at all. I am working on dwindling the gap between the two of us but I am not sure that I will ever weigh less than he does. As long as I am healthy that's all I really care about.

I have done the 30 day shred but feel I need a buddy to keep me motivated in doing it. I love the work out. There is definitely jumping around involved in it.
