I agree with Sue. You are doing great. I need this site and goals because if I don't do it I will stay on the couch and watch tv.

I have just come to the same realization myself and thanks for the humor too.

Dr. Oz said we do need 8 hours sleep. I don't get it with menapause waking me up during the night.
-
glad you are back.

the side effects of having rapid heart palpitations were quite scary and I actually gained weight.
-
take it one day at a time! I feel the same way as you do. Even though I have exceeded my goal weight I now decided I want to lose another 10 lbs. Everybody thinks I am crazy but I need to please myself. The idea of small snacks is a good one.

start with level one and you will do great. They have the exerciser that modifies and the one that is going hard core.
-
way to go congratulations.

I put 30 day shred in exercises some time back but that was using a heart rate monitor so yours may be more or less.

I have an instructor at the gym that just finished the series and lost 11 pounds and she burnt 700 calories a workout. I agree it is a lot of money.

I deleted all my history off the computer but it still isn't showing up on Facebook grrrrlll.

at the gym the heart rate monitor is pretty accurate but the calories are over by as much as 200.
-
the only way to get an accurate count is to use a heart rate monitor

The FT4 I have read can be changed by the owner. I have always bought new ones though when the batteries die. I have a drawer full of heart rate monitors that I am going to take to the jewery store so see if the guy there has the right batteries. I love the FT4

not just here but at other places too. People mean well but sometimes they don't think before they talk or send messages. Thanks for sharing.

I wish I lived in Boston I would work out with you but I am in Albuquerque. Good luck finding somebody :)
-
the only way to be sure how many calories is burned during any workout is to wear a heart rate monitor as everybody burns different calories for any workout.
-
I leave it alone. I find it too much of a pain too. I had to purchase a new heart rate monitor since the transmitter died on the old one and so the weight is now accurate. The calorie counts are about the same. I find it too much of a hastle to change the settings.

thanks everybody for your responses. It posted my earlier exercise but then I posted an exercise that I didn't do just to see if it would post but it didn't. I guess it doesn't want me to do any additional exercises for the day LMAO. It is frustrating but it is better to laugh than be pissed off which will drive me to the…

the best way to chart you exercise is to use a heart rate monitor for everything.
-
I think it sounds like you are plenty active especially if you stay under your calorie goal.
-
It is now. I did it the other day but this is according to my heart rate monitor. Everybody is different.

my polar is great. I would say send it back to the manufactorar. It is a defective piece of crap.
-
this is the only thing that I have ever found that works as long as you stay honest and vigilent about it. You can do it.
-
way to go. Keep up the good work.

I totally agree with everything that is been said here.

Don't take Hydroxicut. It is not about the money but your health. I have heard horror stories of people dying of heart attacks using these products.
