I feel like it matters for me, sometimes when i binge i consume all my calories in one hit and at lasts me the whole day but i feel yuk after bloated and full

I was asking as many topics I have seen people give advice on they always say "I'm By no means a health professional" I just want to see some advice given by people who really know. A common topic "is if you eat less then 1200 you will go in starvation mode" What do you think ?

However doesnt it depend on metabolism, i have a really slow one so having 1100 is enough for me, also since i have fequent uncontrolable binges atm, on my good days i try to eat a lot less.

tuna is no fat and chicken for 200grams has 3 grams, just stick to that, and use spray oil, have egg whites not whole eggs. you can buy the frozen ones from coles and safeway. if i ate these foods all day i would have such a low fat intake

When I am eating healthy sometimes I struggle to reach that goal, but I'd say if your lifting you should include more foods like almonds, dark chocolate more protein around 80-120 grams.
