Ye i heard diet soda jusy makes you crave more, so my drinkng diet soda compared to regular with the same diet then obviosuly you would gain more with the regular soda

I cooked some today they aren't bad, none of them have no calories only water does. In the US they may say that like they say diet coke has 0 cals but it actually has 1.4 cals in Aus it's more correct. I'm looking forward to try fettechini ones

Anything unhealthy really. If i make a cake like i did yesterday i planned just to try it but ended up having about 1/4!

Me too. I use it much more then fb. I have let food and health consume my life a little it's all I think about, what meal am I have next. I would like to get to a stage where I have lost the weight and want to maintain it. Therefore It won't always be on my mind

you have been at a lower weight before so im sure you can do it. maybe take your diary off private so we can see if you are eating anything wrong. and keep trying!

I've always been aware of what was good and bad, it suprises me the lack of knowledge people have. I learnt alot from my mum and taught myself. I use to eat a lot more junk I would have a whole block of chocolate in one or 2 days

Yes I do but my best friend normally eats healthy around me Which is supportive, most of my friends who order big fatty meals don't even finish it or seem to really enjoy it so I dont see why they do

Rarely. Use to almost every weekend but would only have sugar free cruisers or vodka and diet soda. Now I don't go out much so haven't drank in about 3-4 months

Muscle maybe .. I wouldn't worry as you have clearly lost weight. Maybe only check measurements once a month

No you shouldnt eat that many calories at night, I don't eat my exercise calories as that wouldn't be a calorie deficit. If you aren't hungry then you don't need to eat

Funny how people always question other peoples opinion which leads to little arguments. i like this idea of exercising, i think just doing that in general helps you to keep on track , at least it helps me, my appetite is always reduced after working out

usually when I'm eating really healthy for the week , i think i look good, that being said i always have to wear makeup and do my hair. on days i binge i feel horribly fat and gross
