Maybe just start slow with 15 minutes and work yourself up to 30 min or more dialy. You can do walking,hand weights or those toning bands. Start with some small changes that you can stick with long term. Good luck to you!

When I lost weight last week there was a message that said that I may need to re-evaluate my numbers. When I was on weight watchers my points amount changed as I lost the weight. Good luck on your weight loss!

I think it is still considered red but I too have heard that it is supposed to be "the other white meat". If you eat pork loin and grill it, it is still less than some red meats. I just try to eat mainly chicken and turkey. Good luck!

Get plenty of lean protein, veggies and fruit. Keep track of your calories and exercise! One thing to keep in mind is that it is recommended to lose 1 to 1/2lbs a week.

We all have days when we fall off. Just get back up and go forward. Also if I overeat I will exercise, even if its just 15 minutes and that makes me feel a little better. Good luck!

If your going to exercise while the kids are asleep you can get some hand weights, boxing movies, jumping jacks, lunges. You can also get those toning cords and do exercises with them. I really like it to get a lot of protein in for the day. I have tried several flavors and I think they are really good. I mix it with skim milk and it is pretty creamy.

I too have been reading that the artificial sweetners are bad for you since your body doesn't know how to process them because they are not really sugar.
