Please don't be embarrassed - runners inspire me! I need to loose weight before I can attempt to run and I've heard that running on a treadmill isn't very good for your knees! As the others have said, do it at quiet times and smile, SMILE BIG BECAUSE YOU ARE RUNNING! :flowerforyou:

Hmmm.... today started a few hours ago for me, but I will be doing an hour of spin later with some weights and toning exercises afterwards.... No matter how much of a bad day I may be having mentally, I am sooo looking forward to this!! Woop, B.R.I.N.G - I.T - O.N :bigsmile:

I soooo so agree with this! I think my body is getting used to the idea that I need to loose weight now and it's easier for me to stop picking, as I'm in the right frame of mind! Go, go, go!

I just ordered two sports bra's from boobydoo (great name) they are great colours, great sizes, not badly priced and seriously, they stop the bounce - it's a Shockabsorber and really is one!

I feel ya peeps - I just don't seem to be going anywhere... Eating good, in check with the calories, trying my best to exercise daily! Goona throw away the damn scales! It really is disheartening! Keep it up though, we might just surge if we keep going :) :flowerforyou:

Just remember that it's good for your to exercise at ttotm! That's what I heard and that's what I think about when I'm exercising on :) Just wish I could be that motivated with food :)

I have shirataki noodles last night, the fettucine ones - yum! With strips of onion, peppers and mushrooms with a bit of pesto sauce - logged it into my food on here and it was well under my dinner limit!! Tasty and filling!
