JCP is great for active wear - they do tall and large, so me is happy! I just bought 17 tops from their with some capri's and will definatley be going back - oh and I don't like stateside, so get the delivery to the middle east - which is fabulous! They only cater for little here! Good luck!

Maybe heavier weight but lower reps more often.... I am not an expert, just try something different?! :frown:

That's amazeballs, well done you ! I started last week alongside my 5 days a week spinning and step and just can't seem to get into week 1 day 3... I might try and do it tomorrow afternoon and Saturday... I can't wait for this buzz and to be able to run for more than a minute without cryinggggggg!

What do you substitute bread with???? If you say I can't have it, then that's all I want and I don't feel full if I don't have bread! HELP :)

This is really motivating! I did day 1 week 1 yesterday and doing my normal spin and sculpt today - fingers crossed I kick butt with day 2 of week 1 tomorrow :)

I haven't even read the first response to this and I know it was a while ago, but I'm a) thinking its great that there's someone like me... wanting to run and overweight and also has cycling (mine being spinning) as a favourite... and b) interested in how you got on...! I know what you mean!!! I'm watching my calories, maybe not eating exactly salad 24 hours a day, but I'm exercising 1.5hours a day 5 days a week and I don't see any change, well, a slight change in my body, but not on the scales!! Harumph!

Weight gain could be due to fat turning into muscle. Although it is very annoying to see the scale go up, guage it differently... how do you feel, does your body feel tighter, have you got more energy?! Whatever you are doing, keep it up, Rome wasn't built in a day :) :flowerforyou:

Do you have a car? If yes, you can try to guage the route with your car and then you will know roughly :) OR buy a pedometer, that counts steps and distance.... Am sure BB should support that :) Good luck!

You've got to regain your strength, so if you do 90 minutes of Hatha yoga and burn 400 calories, MFP will say that you earned 400 calories for that exercise... If you eat it back, you will stay on track, but if you don't eat it, you're overall weightloss should be more as you will be under your calorie goal! Sounds right…

I am a spinning freak! I used to go 5 days a week, but had to cut down coz my body was too used to it! I now do x3 spin classes a week, x2 yoga and x1 step! Feel free to add me, I comment as much as poss!! :flowerforyou:

Can general daily steps be counted? I use a pedometer and also do 3 spin sessions a week, 2 yoga and one step?! Not sure if I could fit in another session, I might keel over :)

Well, you get the protein bars, the homous and carrots, the salads, but I'd be really interested in what everyone else says - spare us the boring usual stuff, give us some exciting ideas :)

I loooooove spinning! I did an hour yesterday with some strength exercises for 15 minutes afterwards and burned 667 calories - so my HRM said! It's great cardio and great for your legs! Enjoy it! :bigsmile:
