Hairy Dieters....... Only!!!
Only 4 episodes... I'm in bits, they need to carry it on and keep doing new recipes!!! They were such good recipes, I've done the roast chicken twice now, (tonight the 2nd time!) Has anyone else tried them??? Got any other good-tasty-filling-not going-to-make-me-fat recipes :) :)

Quandary - Natural Calorie Burn
I generally burn about 1,000 calories a day 6 times a week with exercise, and then with my BMR and TDEE It says I burn another 2,500 a day to keep 'me going'... Is there anywhere on MFP that takes that into account when totting up totals, etc??

Cutting Down

5-Day Workout Plan
What would your recommend 5-day workout plan be? I like to walk, dance WiiFit and do strength training, but i get bored of the same routine and can't remember routines in my head... Just need something to interest me :) Help pls!!

What should we weigh without looking like lampposts! Just a thought - the height weight chart says I should weigh about 85 kilos, which would leave me looking like a jack in the beanstalk!! Or a pretzel like my granddad used to call me! :drinker:

Water..... Good/Bad
I drink up to two litres of water a day, sometimes more, sometimes less. Does it bloat you and give you water retention? I read so much about drinking lots of water, so I do, but t just doesn't seem to be helping me in my weight loss.... My weight fluctuates a lot during the day... Am confused!! :grumble:

Appliances that motivate me
I got a heart rate monitor (HRM) and a pedometer! I wear the pedometer all day (I serioudly need to walk more!) and the HRM during exercise! It really does motivate you to see the calories burnt and the steps you've taken! I'd really recommend them - I bought mine from Amazon Polar FT& HRM and Omron Pedometer!

Strength Exercises - Logging Calories Burned
Hi I did exercise yesterday with my HRM and my pedometer. I did about half and hours walking and then 40 minutes strength exercises and I wanted to know in MFP how to log the strength exercises...? My HRM said I burned 780 calories doing what i did and I want it to show here... HELP :)
