Morning everyone!

Am feeling good, the scales are going down, so I thought I'd treat myself to s Starbucks salad for lunch today...

Off I jolly, buy me my salad and now I'm trying to research the nutritional values.... Can I find it anywhere... NO! Google, shmoogle, all of them haven't got it!

Can ANYONE say what the nutritional value or calorie content of the Starbucks Live Well Trocadero Tuna Salad???

Ask the baristas if they have a nutritional guide. They usually have something behind the counter. Also, did you check the Starbucks website? Most of their stuff is posted. Not sure what country you are in, but they might only post info specific to the US.

I've never even noticed Starbucks having salads! If you can't find it anywhere, just try to estimate all the ingredients.
