Motivation... hmmmm..... It's a hard thing...!

The thing is that I've completely changed my eating habits, I don't eat three sarnies, crisps, chocolate and fizzies, I have a yoghurt and peanut butter sarnie in the morning, with a milky sweet tea for my sugar rush (noticed that I don't really need for sweets later on then!). I'll have boiled chicken breast with veggies (boiled or salad) for lunch, or a sarnie and then carrots an homous as a snack. Then for dinner I'll either have a grilled steak and veggies, a salad or Chicken... I hardly pick at food these days as well. i also do my best to drink my two litres of water

Admittedly I am in the process of toning down the portion sizes, as that does scare me slightly :) eeeek hunger pangs! But I have really really revised my eating plan.

I do spinning and walking and resistance exercises and the thing is... I'm still the same weight.

The exercise has been on an off, so say I would do two months on and then have a month of light exercise, but I'm still eating the new way... I hardly drink, I stopped smoking and I'm active from about 6am every morning...!

Why the slump? I need to loose 20kg to be at the correct BMI (erm... emaciated look!), but I'd be happy with ten at the mo, I'm 6'4" and don't want to look like a lamp post :)

I work from 7am-3pm 5 days a week, so I have time, but i seem to be rushing round cleaning and sorting things in the afternoon, and cooking the dinner which seems to NEVER take 5 minutes!

Where I live all of the slimming food likes slim fast, weight watchers are uberly expensive!

Advice, thoughts, slaps (lol) and general kicks up the butt would be gratefully received :)
