I generally burn about 1,000 calories a day 6 times a week with exercise, and then with my BMR and TDEE It says I burn another 2,500 a day to keep 'me going'...
Is there anywhere on MFP that takes that into account when totting up totals, etc??

Yes. You put in your stats, set your weight loss goal per week, and log your exercise calories daily.
And TDEE INCLUDES your BMR.
