I am 31yrs old (5'4")and can tell you it IS possible cupcake! I am 18lbs away from the lowest weight I have ever been (100lbs loss) and 48lbs away from what might be my ideal weight.Trust and have faith in yourself because no one else can do that for you doll! xo Best of luck!

I have ketp one pair of jeans,one bloise and one t-shirt as a physical reminder of where I will NOT go back to...

1. To be at my ideal weight 2. Maintenance at that point 3.*Crossing my fingers* I am pregnant by then 4. Get atleast four 5k's under my belt 5.Be in a size 6/8 if #3 has not happened lol Good luck doll!
