1. I did 10 days 2 days off- Days I jogged 2. Def! I still walked 5 x's a day for about 30-40 min 3. As long as the bag has a expiration date that has not come up you are fine, it is just wilted lettuce from being too cold...usually those bags are given 10-15 days of freshness (that includes transportation to the grocery store)

Idk if tricks the body but it has worked for me. I eat the same amount of food and my macros stay the same however I burn more cals on some days than others giving me the zig zag deficit everyday so I don't get confused :)

I have eggs everyday <3 them! I eat the whole egg once a week and egg whites everyday-easy way to make an omellete and overfill it with veggies :)

I think only YOU know what will work for you,personally I could never do surgery unless it was to save my life, but that is because I HATE hospitals and have a phobia about getting cut open for anything.Best of luck to you and I hope it all ends well!
