I'm In.... I have a wedding to go to in August so hopefully I will get some results by then!!! I am also trying to do jogging as I am doing the Race for Life in September. I was at my nephews birthday party yesterday and needless to say I didn't eat too good. I can't when Im at a family do !!! The worst thing is my brother in-law's mum said "I thought you were losing weight, you look fat today" !!! OH MY GOD! I could have died! Hoping I can lose a lot this week. I'm ready for this!!!

ok guys, i sneakily weighed myself today and have put on again! What is happening! Ive stuck to my gym this week, 2 hours mon and 2 hour tonight and gonna have 30 min each day til sunday. I've put on this week!!! Not amused in the slightest but I have been feeling very bloated and yucky (although it's not my TOM:sad: ). they have everything i shudnt eat! Ha. Cakes, crisps, savoury sticks, pizza, fizzy pop! I have taken 1 slice of homemade corned beef pie, 1 cheese scone and a square of mars bars cake Not the best but! I've got pasta for lunch so gonna make sure i dnt go back to the buffet table!! Salmon and veg for tea! X

Hey Guys, I'm at spinning tomorrow morning and then gonna do boxercise in the PM. I dont get to do it everyday with childcare, so hoping I can burn closer to 1000 per sesh to it my 3000 goal - do u think this will be OK. Let's go Team Blue!!! Yeehaw !xxx

I've put a topic on the message board, as I have 'gained' weight since starting MyFitnessPal - eating the advised allowance and also eating up my exercise calories. Alot of people are stating that I should up my intake to give my body a little boost!

Would eating less than your BMR not put your body into starvation mode, resulting in your body holding on to your weight?
