    1915 calories burned. Still need to do a bit more to make the 3500 by Sunday. But this is my first week of doing exercises in years and I have a friend coming to stay at the weekend. Could be difficult. But I'll try.

    Not exactly sure about weight loss for this challenge week because I weigh myself every day, but I have burned 3631 calories since Monday...woohoo for burning the fat!!!

    SommerJo--because her name starts with Y so she's team purple. :) Good luck on the challenge!

    Rock on! I did it, I did it, I did it, did it, did it! *Sing song* I totally achieved 3547 calories burned from exercise in the last 5 days! AND lost 2.4lbs in the past 5 days. Awesome! I love the August Challenge! It's the kick in the pants I needed. For Spartan!

    THIS is EXACTLY what I needed!!! I'm staying on track! I'm working out everyday (even if it's just walking) I'm making Healthy choices,getting in AT LEAST 72 ounces of water a day!! Now, if i could just remember to take my multivitamin everyday!! Go Red Team Spartans!!!
