I like the Oikos, either vanilla or plain, I find the honey one too sweet. They are pricey but woth it in my opinion.

Thanks all. My co-workers have made positive comments. Yes it's nice. I guess I will always find something negative lol.. I would say yes. Although I have been on and off it for over 20 years. If you watch what you eat and work out it will be fine. I have been on it again for a few months and started to lose weight.

TOM does not stop me from working out. It actually helps relieve the cramping a bit. I'm a regular coffee drinker but work out after work so I can not comment on that part lol.

I cheat usually once a week. Saturday. I go to the gym on Sunday morning. I still make healthy choice we eat out once a week.

1200 calories is the absolute minimum you should eat. I have never eaten my exercise calories back. To me it's counter productive. I'm trying to lost not maintain my weight. I'm eating about 1200 - 1450 per day. Trying to lose 60 lbs. I'm down ten so far. Good luck !

I did have my dream job. I owned my own business for 9 years. It was a lot of fun. My other dream job would be a doctor but that is not going to happen at my age. I'm working in the entertainment industry (ticketing call centre) and enjoy it.

Same situation here as well. I'm not going to eat just because the software tells me to. If I'm not hungry, I'm not eating. I do not eat my calories back from exercising. I won't. Not doing all that work and eating a few hours before bedtime. Good luck !! Add me if you need a buddy! Gail

My nutritionist said no more than 1400 mg of sodium TOTAL a day. Water does not counter act, it will help flush out but it's still being absorbed which is not healthy over 1400mg a day.

Yes I noticed that. The calories burned on the treadmill is always a lot lower than what it states on MFP. That is why I do not ever eat back my calories. Seems counter productive to me.

It's a hard habit to break. Normally my Husband and I would crawl into bed and watch a show and munch. Not anymore. It's habit/boredom ?? Good luck, you both can do it.
