Funny Snoozie.... got my coffe going this AM also! Going to head out pretty soon and hike up the creek (we live in the boonies) with my camera and see if I see anything interesting, for a change of pace from my exercise!!! Probably won't burn too many calories but I will be out and moving! Hope everyone has a great Tuesday…

I would also like to beging a strength training program. We have a weight bench complete with all the weights and attachments (my boys used it when they were in sports in high school), but I have no idea how to begin. Is there a good beginner dvd for women?

The first 10 minutes for me is always the hardest, I am fighting with myself the whole way to just keep going! But I love the feeling I get when I'm finished..... wow I can't believe I just did that :)

Congratulations on W5D3, I did it this morning also and was really worried about going 20 minutes. I found that the first 10 was worse than the last 10! It was not easy, but what a feeling :) Keep up the good work!

I think this is a great place to stay on track. I have been fighting the same battle over and over again for years also. I hope to make small changes everyday and keep tracking on MFP. Stick with it, we deserve it :smile:
