1200 calories will not put you into starvation mode. I went to a hospital weight loss program that is run by the dietitians.....and that is what I was put on after they did a body assessment . So no.....1200 won't make that happen. I need 1267 calories to maintain.....do I have to up my exercise to lose my weight. Just…

this is just my 2cents worth. I'd go back to the 1200 and do not eat back you exercise calories. My dietitian says not to eat those back . Track faithfully on the 1200 and see where that takes you. I understand I've put some back on....and mine is from not be honest in my tracking. Good luck. You will hear many ideas but…

that was the problem you did not post any info and how many it served. I took it to be the average soup and made it for 10. Guess I'm the old one on here cause I'm the big 60. I started at 210 lbs and I am about 20 lbs from goal. To be honest I wished I would of done it alot earlier in my life. The health benefits are so worth the effort. Hang in there.

think of the germs he is exposing his feet to. Especially if he has a crack in his feet anywhere.....It's his feet....I'd just move who cares what others do. If I was going to the gym to workout that would be what I was there for. Let him collect all the germs he wants.

I don't think you figured this right. I add all the ingredients in the rec. builder and it comes out 225 calories, 34 carbs, 3 fat, 17 protein, 895 sodium and 7 fiber per 1 cup serving. I allowed for 10 servings. Not sure how many serving you were figuring. Be aware this soup is NOT 99 calories. per one cup
