Jumping Jacks done! Dreaded push ups done! I went to bed at 10:15 and was up by 6am. So, I got about 7 1/2 hrs last night. :)

I just wore mine in the pool this afternoon with my kids for about an hour. No problems. I did push buttons, but not underwater, no problems there! I did find that my HR was WAY lower with my HRM than what MFP says!

I log my coffee!! I mean .. before I add my skim milk and fat free creamer!! Even plain coffee has calories! That said, I tend to not log a single animal cracker, a raisin, 2 M&Ms or a sip of something that I'm cooking for my kids. (And yes ... I can just eat 2 M&Ms and stop! I can't explain how I do it ... I just do!)…

I have heard many, many times that it is good to some form of strength training while trying to loose weight. Some say muscle burns more fat, but there seems to be conflicting numbers on how much more. But I'm not sure you really want to replace a whole session with weights! I mean if your routine is working for you ...…

Hi! I did L1D8 of my 30DS! I also did 45 minutes of walking! :happy: Kitchen closed , but it's Friday night. It's my drinking night. :drinker: I have more than enough calories left over to get a good buzz. So, I plan on drinking, but not eating. Not sure if that counts or not as a closed kitchen. :ohwell:

I officially weigh in on Wednesday mornings. I'm in a challenge and that is weigh in day. :wink: I tend to step on the scale daily though. I know that I tend to fluctuate during a week. I try not to let it get me down, but I want to make sure I hold myself accountable and I'm in the process of finding the sweet spot on…

I am L1D8 ( Once I do today's workout) and I do tend to do at least another 30 mins of exercise. I do 45 mins of yoga about 3 times a week and on the other days I try to get some other workout in, like Walk Away The pounds 2 or 3 mile walk and soon I'm gonna try Zumba! :)

Wow! So sorry you went through all that! But you learned something and that alone should keep you from doing silly stuff like that again!! Crappy days are great work out days! Vent that frustration to feel better! :)
