I manually set mine higher than what MFP suggested. They had me at 1200 per day and according to my BMR, it should have been around 1400. So, that is what I changed on mine. We will see if that works. I know the first week on here, I lost 2 lbs on the 1200 per day, but was actually eating around 1600 per day. Of course…

Hi! Thursday ~ Kitchen closed @ 8:30 ish. I did 28 mins of cardio, including squats, on my 7th day of 30DS. I also did 50 mins of yoga. :)

1. If you increase muscle it will help burn more calories ... even at rest. So, that is kinda true. But to decrease fat, you need to find a good balance between exercise and caloric intake. ;) 2. I ordered the Polar FT4. Don't go to your local store and buy just the watch. I got a Sportline from Wal*Mart for about $30 and with in 4 days the readings are all messed up and screwy. It was just the watch .. no chest strap. Go onto Amazon and do a search on them. Lots of reviews on any kind of HRM you can think about!!…

Thanks! I have lost about an inch and a 1/2 in my waist, an inch in my hips, a 1/2 inch in my thighs and some along my bust line (musta been some back "fluff")! Yay!

Aww ... give it more time. Look at your food diary and see what you can change. Maybe switch up your exercise. Sometimes the body gets comfortable with one style of exercise and it plateaus. Just whatever you do .. don't give up! :)
