I've done it like 6-8 times now. And at first I liked it and it was fun. But I felt like I was never going to get the moves down. But I am getting better and better at it. Stick with the same instructor, they usually do the same routines. Once you learn them you will get an even better workout too. Zumba rocks! I was also…

I think we are the only animals who keep drinking milk after birth. Think about it, all animals are breast fed until they are weened from their mother. But we keep drinking it? And all of the growth hormones in it! YIKES! I occasionally have a splash of milk in things or a small glass of skim milk, but I do not drink it…

Garlic is only bad for dogs in large amounts. A little in their food once in awhile can actually have health benefits and repel fleas.

Also, I want to point out that MOST dogs have chicken allergies. If your dogs coat seems itchy or something is wrong with their stool. Try switching.

You do not want to feed your dog fillers and by products. 1 in 2 dogs will get cancer. Feeding your dogs a natural or whole food diet absolutely helps sustain the pups life. I believe in feeding food where the first ingredients are meat and fruits and vegetables. I choose Grain Free as well, because dogs are very likely to…

I do not think a mental diagnosis gives you protected class status either, unless you're considered disabled because of it. I guess it's possible.

Why are we assuming that obese people are all on Food Stamps? LMAO! That is the most ignorant thing I've ever heard! I've busted my *kitten* for everything I have and live a pretty damn good life. Yep, I've gained weight along the way, because you cannot even possibly know what I've gone through in my life. Your opinions…

BUMP. I'm obese. I have health issues, but I'm capable of changing. Regardless of if people can change or not. Obese people should not be a protected class. That's like saying people with blonde hair should be in a protected class. There are certain jobs that an obese person cannot do. And if you are applying for a job…

I definitely think the exercise is off. I do the elliptical at the gym and with the heart rate monitor ( i think is accurate) I'm only burning half what MFP thinks I burn LOL

MSRunner23 165?? Lots of lean muscle!

I was told to base your activity level on what you do through most of the day. You have a desk job (like me) we are mostly on our butts for the day. And then only exercise for a small portion of the day. I would say keep it where it is, because it is sedentary.

1.) That a serving size is a lot smaller than what I thought it was. 2.) Once I get the motivation to workout, I LOVE it. 3.) I love the feeling of sore muscles! 4.) When I eat good foods, I actually have energy!

I saw it. It was inspirational!! The whole time that he was running on the treadmill at the beginning when he was almost 400 pounds, made me realize there is no reason I cannot do this! It's nice seeing people lose that amount of weight from diet and exercise proving that it is possible!

Thank you! I needed to hear that. I do not have diabetes, but it's in my family,so I am concerned of having diabetes someday (hence the reason for the weight loss)
