Should I change my activity level?

My activity level is currently set at sedentary. I have a desk job, but workout at least 5 times per with 30 min cardio sessions and 2-3 times per week I do a full body weight routine. Should I change my level to lightly active?

Yes, definitely change it. You need to be sure you are eating enough for your activity level. My activity level is currently set at sedentary. I was told to base your activity level on what you do through most of the day. You have a desk job (like me) we are mostly on our butts for the day. And then only exercise for a small portion of the day. I would say keep it where it is, because it is sedentary.0

Yes, I would. And I did. When I set my activity level to sedentary, it gave me a goal of less than my BMR so I put it to lightly active.0

If you do change it to lightly active, don't 'eat back' any exercise calories.0
