I'm 5'4 currently at 170lbs. Gained a crazy amount of weight after high school and working to get back to 135. My first goal is just to get to 150 already lost 6lbs so I'm motivated to keep going! Add me! Looking for people who are motivated and active. =)

never realized the cal goal worked like that. I was working towards knocking off 500 cal a day to lose 1lb a week
