SW: 205.5 CW: 205 GW:184 Although numbers are low worked very hard! 325 minutes of exercise = 2413 calories burned!! tricep dips on your bottom step or a sturdy chair are great for feeling the burn. sit on the step or chair put your hands behind you to support your self, slowly lower your bum of the step/chair. return and repeat, the straighter your legs are in front of you the harder it is!

you have to eat back lots of calories you burn hence the high goal. stick to what it says and see if you loose then, no point just presuming :D well done and good luck!

This is what I'm find exactly! and tbh I didn't realise how many cals in fruit. used to eat loads on previous diets thinking it was the best way to do it!

I don't have a treat day, don't think it would suit me, after all it is my life change! I will have something if I really crave it as long as it fits within my calorie count. Today is the first day in 10 that I'm craving choc. Have enough in my allowance so I will have some and not feel bad :D

I'm having just over 1300 a day my goal is1390 so not too low, before exercise but I haven't been eating back the cals.

I've been such a good girl! That's a victory in my opinion, before I found this I'd have given up by now. I don't mind water, so it hasn't been tricky that part I just get complacent, it's good tracking them so I know I'm getting it. I used to forget to drink anything some days :s

how much water are you drinking? make sure your getting enough so your not holding water weight!
