Late to the party, but I find if you reverse diet/diet break where you consistently eat at a maintenance then start again, that really sets your loss off again. You really don't need to have your deficit quite so low that way and much easier to maintain a healthy steady loss x

Try YouTube for excercise videos, you might find something that appeals more, variety is better than repetition. Also try a running group? Exercising with others can help spur you on!

The sleep demon talks me out of them classes too haha! If you do set goals don't get disheartened if you don't meet them all, many factors Prevent you from meeting them! (Spesh being a lady). Take each day as it comes. You will get there eventually, even if it takes years and that is most important!

I'm not sure if I class as severely over weight, although I feel it haha. I'm 5'6, 28yrs my start weight and largest ever was 208 I'm now 192 started jan with a 3 month break but weight didn't return.

As much as possible! On average 3ltr + other fluid. Don't notice weight difference with it but improvement in lots of other areas. Skin ect

DEFINITELY NOT! should inspire you to get off your bum and burn of some damage done! atleast your fitness levels may improve even if your waist line doesn't!

you must be doing a lot right to have already lost the weight, stick to a maintainable goal no silly fads, eat right and a little wrong but stick to your target :D
