Has it benefited you? How often do you do it?

Bruising
Is it normal to bruise after a heavy workout? I get a few new ones each time. I don't injure myself, they just appear. Some are tiny some are quite decent sized. Quite frustrating because I want to show of my newly toned legs haha.

Belly fat / loose skin before and after with pictures?
I have a very unattractive belly fold(mothers apron(even though I haven't had a baby....), which I hate and I'm striving to get a nice flat tum. My concern is it is totally unobtainable! Am I right? if you too had this could you share pics of before and after/ explain. Thanks guys!

Are you on track to reaching your initial goal?
We are getting closer to a 3rd of the way there, WELL DONE if your still here, think its safe to say we have all had some ups and some downs! Are you on track for hitting the goal you set?? I've got 15lb to go if I want to reach mine.... not too sure. Think it can be done though with a lot of effort!

how to get abs?
I know I will never get abs without moving the fat from on top of them. In the meantime what can I do that's good for toning the area? does this quicken the process of shedding stomach fat? I've tried crunches but my lower back hurts when I do, so looking for alternatives.

No idea what to do!!
I keep reading and hearing so many contradicting theories that I have no idea what I should be doing. Ideally my goal is to get into healthy BMI, be toned and healthy. What should my weekly exercise regime be?? Does 5 min cardio then strength work out fat burn??

changing start weight
I originally in putted my weight back when I was over a stone lighter,. Is there anyway I can change it to my current weight? I think seeing the amount I'm losing on my ticker would be more beneficial than waiting until I get to my old weight.
