When I say low carb I mean that I try not to eat carbs everyday like I use to. If I eat bread and shake and bake one day I wont eat it next day. I dont use my fitness pal diary because I was finding it hard to get the right calories or food I was eating. I right down my food on paper in a food journal.

Today I ate a poached egg on white toast with I can't believe its not butter for breakfast. For lunch I ate a shakeand bake chicken breast and hidden veggie noodles with diced tomatoes a little parmesan cheese (about a cup) . For a snack I had a 100 calorie yogurt and a clementine. So far that is it

Obviously something not very nice I guess hmm whatever. All I was wondering was if there specific exercise to target those areas but I understand what everyone else told me. You can tone those areas once you lose the fat. Losing fat is all over . Cardio is going be my new best friend

I have read through most of these and like almost everything everyone says they hate haha. The only thing I can say I can't stand is grape things. Not real grape the fake stuff like sodas, popsicles, lollipops. It all taste like medicine to me yuck

Pinterest has tons of good ideas . I found one the other day of using non fat greek yogurt mixed with sugar free orange jello and you put it in cupcake wrappers freeze it and eat with fat free cool whip
