I used them in a crossfit class and liked using them so I bought a15 and 20 pound kettle bell to use with the Jillian Michaels Shred it with weights. I like using them for something a little different. I am not sure if they are anymore effective than regular weights though.

I have done it a couple of times now and I usually do the abs after pure cardio, but it is hard for me--maybe because I am already wiped from that cardio work out :smile:

I hear you--3 kids--3 c-sections--I jiggle a lot. I have been working out consistently since the beginning of the year (pretty inconsistently before that).
