  • Hello, Looks like your exercise diary is great.. But your foods are very high sodium and calories.. Think Green, fresh veg and grains and frozen or fresh fruits..   • Frozen fruit... fresh fruit or you own homemade snack that you make with organic and clean ingredients pop corn is great.. Sugar is almost impossible to get around.. Vegtables in the cutt up form with Organic peanut butter is great and yogurts but they arent appealing unless u cutt them and makem look yummy.. haha..

  • Yea I drink almost a coke a day and never anything diet.. Im averaging a coffee cup thats about it. Water is not hard for me to drink, just alot at one time.. I do drink a glass tea also and green tea on occasion.
