I take yogurt and Kashi Go Lean Crunch. I put yogurt in my lunch bag with an icepack and it keeps at least an hour until I get to work. Very filling and not too high in calories if you get 0% yogurt.

S3 all the way. I recently upgraded from a "dumb" phone and I'll never look back!

Hi Tony, thanks for doing this. I am a vegetarian looking at going vegan. I try to limit my "fake meats", and would really like to cut out dairy, especially milk. My question is, what are your thoughts on Soy Milk (Organic, Non-GM). I've read tons and tons on the subject, some saying to much soy is bad, some saying to get…

Bump. Sounds good!

I speak broken Spanish, and understand some French. Most knowledge was acquired through High School and University electives. I really want to become fluent in French (excellent addition to the resume here in Canada.)

Good to know, thanks.

I've tried the diet step - I'm a vegetarian and completely cut out all dairy for a while, no change. I've gone gluten/wheat free for a while, no change. I already avoid acidic foods as I've have problems with GERD and stomach ulcers. I've taken Celebrex, Sulfasalazine, and Prednisone with no improvement, I've had cortisone…

In a simple sentence, Carbs for energy, Protein for muscle repair. You need both. Most of my daily make-up is carbs, (50% carbs, 25% protein, 25% fat) however protein will likely keep you full longer. Everyone will have a different answer, but you need to experiment with your setting to find what is right for you.

I have a couple of tattoos, one upper hip/bum and the other behind the ear. I am also terrified of needles, but when it's something you want done, it's a lot easier than a flu shot or blood test. My first wasn't nearly as bad as I thought it was going to be. Don't let the fear of pain be the deciding factor on where you…

So many other tall women! I'm 5'10 (I think?) and currently weigh 182, size 10/12. I have been as low as 127 (size 4) and it looked terrible on me. I am aiming for 145-150 (Hopefully a 6/8).

Right there with you. Took French for years, understand written French, and a little spoken French. I can't speak/write to save my life.

I used to be a diet coke addict, am no more! I started replacing it with diet sprite or 7up, gave me the same bubbles and sweetness. From there I switched to water with lemon/lime. Barely drink any pop(soda) now!

Bump to modify and try!

That's deprivation to me. Fruit is healthy, as long as it fits in my calorie goals, and curbs my chocolate cravings. And beans? Really?

Bump to read more into later.

Bump. Interested in the replies. I also go to Boot Camp 4 days a week and was interested in adding heavy lifting or Insanity to the mix.

I would eat what you want, just watch portion control. One night like this won't ruin your weight loss. Events happen, the best way to deal with them is try to eat in moderation and enjoy it.

It could be accurate. 3150 burnt is significantly more than the MFP goal.
