Saving for later. Will need to read over and over and over!

Bump! Definitely going to try this.

I have a magic bullet. It's FABULOUS. Mine is about 3 years old, and has been used on average 3 - 4 times a week since I got it. There are a few variations, I have the "Platinum Pro." Maybe someone else can provide input on their model.

FTW. I quit in February, and it was freaking tough. For a little over a month I could NOT stop eating. I gained because of it. Still, the best thing I have ever done. I can exercise waaaaay longer than I used to and the weight is falling off faster now.

Bump. Mine will be vegetarian but that is a great idea!

Bump to check out later.

Smarties. I go to the states often...and that's the only thing I really can't find a equivalent for.
-
Waaaaaaaait. You don't have ketchup chips? Smarties are amazing.

Add me to the club. I've had anxiety for years and have panic attacks periodically. The weirdest times. Rode the train for years, had one panic attack on the train and now every time I get on I feel like passing out. Grocery store lineups? Yea don't do that anymore. They make me panic. Exercise has helps control it a bit,…

Vegetarian verging on vegan. Always looking for more veggies to share ideas with!

I'm a vegetarian, it started because I didn't like meat as a child. My parents made me eat it, and when I was old enough to prepare my own food, I became a vegetarian. That being said, now that I am older and wiser, the moral aspect is also very important to me. I also live with meat eaters and have no problem with it,…

Victory for sure. It's good to know your triggers. You were strong enough to control the urge (even if that means getting rid of them!)

I have 3. My divorced parents (with SO's) and my SO parents. Father's Day & Mother's Day aren't too bad, then there's only 2. Christmas, Thanksgiving etc are a nightmare as it means we drive around the province non stop for a weekend. It would be to easy if they all lived close by. They're all about 2 hours from my SO and…

As long as you don't feel like you're going to pass out, turn the beeping off. http://www.polar.fi/e_manuals/FT4/Polar_FT4_user_manual_English/manual.pdf Page 10. Edited for spelling.

I've had a couple ulcers and have acid reflux. The burning is uncomfortable but should be treatable with over the counter heart burn medicine. When I had the full blown ulcer I couldn't eat, was throwing up uncontrollably...couldn't even keep water down. If it's coming and going keep an eye on what you eat and try a few…

Booty Camp (that's not a spelling mistake.) It's expensive but I love having the regular schedule and the workout is different every time.
-
I'm 5'9.5, and my lowest weight was 127. This was due to an ulcer and being unable to eat anything. I looked as sick and gaunt as I felt. I'm currently aiming for 145-150.

I agree. I was quite disappointed to get to the end of the entertainment.

I like Manitoba Harvest Hemp Pro 70...it's water soluble so it's almost tasteless and not gritty (getting over the colour was the hardest part, it makes things a little green.)

I used to measure everything religiously and then got a scale. I found with a lot of dry things (cereal, granola etc.) the weight of the volume is incorrect. (My granola is 220 calories per 2/3cup or 55g. When I weight out 55g it is more like 1/3 to 1/2 a cup.) About the apple, do you eat the core? I would think that…

I quit smoking in February and over the course of 3 months gained about 20 pounds. I should have had it under control, but kept telling myself how much easier it would be to exercise if I could breath better. Now that I've gotten control of my cravings and motivation to exercise, the weight is coming off a lot easier. My…

I had eczema as a child...right into adulthood. After my mom told by the family dr it was eczema and not a whole lot could be done, that was the end of it. When I was old enough I started researching and seeing specialists on my own. It wasn't until arthritis developed that someone clued into psoriasis. I need immune…

You can order if from the Fitbit website. Be prepared to be hit with import fees. I think it was $12?

Don't take me as crazy...but I don't completely agree. I don't find waxing that painful (and I've waxed everything at some point....) I think it depends on your ability to tolerate pain, what you're waxing etc. And a little bit of ibuprofen half an hour before can work wonders (my sister does this.)
