I can't see your food diary, but I don't count sugar from fruit. (I don't track sugar at all anymore) I think the idea of tracking sugar is for processed sugar. As long as you stay under your calorie goal you should be ok.

Aside from what others posted...protein, fruit & vegetables, you need consistency. Logging food once in a while won't help. Commitment is key.

I've been using my fitbit for a couple of months and love it. I take it off when I do exercise and manually enter my workout. Do you where it through your exercise and just input the time of your exercise? If so on MFP or the Fitbit website? I love my fitbit but I'm not 100% sure I completely understand how it works.
